78 Students Enrolled in Health Science Program Earn Their CPR Certification

Students at Harpeth High School in the Health Science program learn hands on instruction CPR and how to use an AED. Students learn valuable skills while having fun. Every student must have 3 hours (6 for first aid/CPR) of instruction and pass skill tests to earn their card. 39 students earned their CPR and another 39 earned their First Aid/CPR cards. Students and Mrs. Hutchison would like to thank parents for making donations to our program. The money provides students with a card and supplies for the hands on learning. Over 500 students have earned their CPR certification through the program since 2007 when the program started.
