UT Extension Master Beef Producer Graduates 2012

The University of Tennessee Extension Agents from Cheatham & Robertson Counties teamed up to carry out the 2012 UT Extension Master Beef Producer Program.  45 participants from four different counties completed the 30 hour course which covers 12 topics. Some of the major topics include Food Safety, Beef Genetics, Environmental Concerns, Marketing, Reproduction, Nutrition, and Herd Management. The 11 graduates from Cheatham County included (L to R): Dan Weakley, Jack Greene, Tommy Dale Palmore, Joey Knight, Nicholas Waynick, Katelyn Waynick, Greg Balthrop, Jay Sattler, and Derek Sattler (not pictured – David Davidson and Shelia Shores).
