A. O. Smith and the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce awarded $12,000 worth of Teacher Grants last week during the high school in-service days. There were over 60 applicants this year, raising the bar for next year.
The winning projects were valued up to $500, and the money is to be used for projects that enhance the student experience in the classroom.
We congratulate all teachers in Cheatham County and applaud them for their work as they educate the next generation of Cheatham County!
