What a wonderful week we have had at K.S.E.S. We are happy to announce our TOP COOKIE DOUGH WINNERS!!! They are as follows: Peyton Hearn, Ian Speltz, Beth Mealio, Rileigh Finch, Levi Cranfield, Charlotte Papesca, Ava Claire Lovelace and Jadyn Wade!!!! They each sold over $400 in cookie dough!!! They enjoyed a pizza party with Mrs. Brinkley on Thursday! The TOP SELLER, PEYTON HEARN sold $1,440!!!!! Way to go everyone who participated! Every tub sold helps our school! Prizes for everyone are ordered and should be in soon. Our Science Guy, Mr. Bond Party will also be scheduled soon!

Bullying 101 – At 6:00 PM on October 2, 2012 KSES will be hosting a presentation on Bullying. This is prior to the next PTO meeting that evening at 6:30. Centerstone will present this program covering topics such as the signs of bullying, cyber-bullying and the difference between conflict and bullying.

Dinner and childcare will be provided for the students while parents are in the meeting. KSES students can enter an anti-bullying poster contest that evening for a chance at great prizes. Each student that wants to enter the contest needs to create an anti-bullying poster at home and bring it to the program that evening. Judges will award prizes for one winning poster in grades K-2 and one in grades 3-4.
