Every day we touch the lives of others without giving it much thought or perhaps even realizing it. Maybe it was a kind word when someone needed it most, a hug, a smile, a meal, understanding…….or maybe a pair of socks for a stranger who needed socks. Life is made up of small things, and all those seemingly insignificant gestures, good and bad, become the sum total of our lives on planet earth.
I can’t say that giving socks will get you into heaven, but it makes you an angel in my eyes. Socks were delivered on December 24th to three locations: The Nashville Rescue Mission, Room In The Inn and The Oasis Center. Thank you to all who participated again this year. Your kindness touches lives.
