DO YOU LOVE ANIMALS?
If you answered “yes, I love animals”, we have an opportunity for you!
Cheatham County Animal Awareness Foundation, a 501c3 registered non-profit serving your community, needs volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of animals in our county. CCAAF provides low cost spay and neuter services and finds “forever homes” for homeless dogs and cats (CCAAF placed over 600 animals in 2012!) Our volunteers help in a variety of ways—assisting with trips to the vet, transporting animals to rescues, making phone calls, raising funds-whatever you enjoy doing, our organization has a place for you! For more information, please contact our volunteer co-coordinator Beverly at 615.289.2576 or email (email@example.com). Spay and neuter saves lives!
Do you ever wonder how you can become more involved in your community? Well….
I may have the answer for you! The Pegram Special Events Committee is always looking for more volunteers! We are a group (sometimes small, sometimes large) comprised of individuals who love our town! We meet once a month (sometimes more before big events) to brainstorm and organize the many events held at our park. Please bring your thoughts and ideas to help make this year even better! At our February meeting, we started plans for the 4th of July, a Movie in the Park and a Concert in the Park. Special Events Committee meets at the Parks and Rec. Bldg. on the first monday of every month at 6:30.
