Harpeth Middle School Soccer

Last week and Saturday, Harpeth Middle School went into the Cumberland Soccer Conference Championship as the overall #1 seed, and held they almost took it all.

Winning their quarter final game over Charlotte on Thursday 7-2. They moved on to face the Dickson Dragons on Saturday morning in the semi finals and won that game, 6-1.

Then came the Championship Game with district foe Fairview. In the regular season the two teams played twice, with the Indians winning at home, and tying the Falcons on the road. This tournament game was no different.

At halftime the score was 2-2, which was also the final score of regulation play. The teams played two 5 minute overtimes with no change, still at 2-2 going in to penalty kicks. Unfortunately for the Indians, that’s where Fairview came alive, winning 3-1.

Congratulations to the Indians on a great season and post season!
