Veteran’s Memorial and Flag Raising:
There will be a Veteran’s Memorial Service and flag raising on Monday, May 27th at 8a.m. at the Tucker-Empson building in Ashland City. The focus will be on our WWII Veterans. State Representative Mary Littleton will be in attendance. Country ham biscuits will be served.
Memorial Day Service and Fundraiser with FOOD:
The Odd Fellows and Rebekahs in Pegram, TN cordially invite you to a service honoring all members of the military active, retired, or deceased on Memorial Day, May 27th at twelve o’clock noon. This will be conducted at the monument at the corner of Station Drive and Thompson Road by members of our lodges in cooperation with the VFW.
FUNDRAISER and OPEN HOUSE:
Following the service at our monument, we will have a hot dog meal at our lodge hall at 8649 Old Charlotte Pike (two doors from Old Charlotte Road Church of Christ). Hot dogs will be available with all the fixings. Hot Dogs $2.00, Soda Pop $1.00, Chips $1.00. We invite you to come help us raise funds to assist a needy Cheatham County family that is struggling under a tremendous load mentally and financially, as well as our other projects.
We will explain what our lodge is and what we do at the open house. We will do our best to answer any questions may you have.

Memorial Day Ceremony at Veterans Cemetery on McCrory Lane:
Memorial Day is a day to remember the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces as well reflect upon the service and sacrifice of our service members and veterans of the U.S. Military. The Middle Tennessee Chapter, Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony at 10:00AM on Saturday, 25 May 2013, at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery located on McCrory Lane in Nashville, TN. The ceremony will be officiated by Wanda Bruce Graham, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired) around the flag in the cemetery. Color Guard and Bugler will be provided by the Navy Operational Support Center Nashville.
The Middle TN Chapter of MOAA invites the community to join us for the Memorial Service remembering veterans of all wars who died for our country.
