Locals and visitors know the best way to gear up for the parade and holiday festivities is at the Pegram United Methodist Church 4th of July Pancake Breakfast.
Members of PUMC host the traditional 4th of July Pancake Breakfast 7-9:30 a.m., before the parade gets going. This year it is Thursday, July 4 at the church fellowship hall, directly across Thompson Road from the Pegram Park, where the floats and parade participants and vehicles will be gathering and lining up.
At this delicious annual holiday opener, the pancakes are always fluffy and served with sausage patties, and your choice of breakfast beverage. Adult plates are $6, and children’s plates are $3.
For good food and great fellowship, there’s no better start to the holiday weekend than the annual pancake breakfast. Don’t miss out!
