Pegram United Methodist Church volunteers are doing a 4th of July Pancake Breakfast Re-Do along with the other rescheduled festivities on Sat., July 20.
This second Pancake Breakfast will be 7-9:30 a.m., before the parade gets going. The delicious breakfast is served up in the church fellowship hall. The church is directly across Thompson Road from the Pegram Park, where the floats and parade participants and vehicles will be gathering and lining up.
The pancake griddlers promise this one will be every bit as good as the first event, for the rain did not dampen the appetites of the many early birds who turned out in the rain. The pancakes are always fluffy and served with sausage patties, and your choice of breakfast beverage. Adult plates are $6, and children’s plates are $3.
For good food and great fellowship, there’s no better start to the rescheduled weekend festivities than the pancake breakfast. Don’t miss out!
