Hopefully your child has been participating in our “Smart Card” fundraiser. Smart Cards are coupon cards that offer over $100.00 in savings for local businesses. They are available for counties all over middle Tennessee so help your school and save some money this year. Cards are $ 15.00 dollars each and each one sold brings $ 9.00 in profit for our school. Our Cookie Dough Kickoff was this past Friday. If your child did not bring a packet home additional packets are available in the office. We are very excited to have a new cookie dough company this year, which allows us to keep up to 60% of the money we bring in. These fundraisers allow us to purchase paper, copiers, and other materials used by our student and teachers, so please support our school! September marks the beginning of many activities such as Scouts, Running Club and PTO meetings. Please check your child’s folder daily for information on things happening at school. Just a reminder to all our parents that unless you are signing in at the office your child should be walking into the building by themselves. The exception to this is our Pre-K and Preschool students who must be signed into their classrooms by a parent. If you have questions or special concerns about your child entering the building by themselves, please contact the office @ 646-6637. Please remember if you need to pick up your child early that you must sign them out from the office before 2:30 or you will need to wait in the car rider line. Thanks for your help with this! Upcoming Activities – PTO Meeting- Next Tuesday, September 10th @ 6:30 – Please come out and support your school! Running Club- Begins Monday, September 9th after school.
