Once again, Art in the Park at Burns Park in Kingston Springs was a beautiful success. A record crowd attended, and 100 pieces of art were entered in the competition, there were over 70 booths, and the day saw perfect, dry weather with temperatures in the high 80s.

Kids had a ball with activities like a chalk walk, painting wall and of course, a bouncy house.

Visitors had plenty to eat, like BBQ, chicken salad on a croissant, chili, hot dogs, hamburgers, fruit tea and soft drinks. Vendors parked on the soccer field this year, alleviating the parking problems of last year.

Music by The Handsome Dogs, and The Western Swingers with Pappy Merritts topped off the perfect day with a musical flair.
