Adopt Me Please: Alice

AliceAlice is a social “beginners” dog. This delightful creature can meld into just about any situation. She’s mild-mannered and gorgeous with a lovely little body, pretty tan coat and melting eyes. Polite and connected – we’re guessing she was once a well-loved pet before she lost her home and landed in the shelter. She’s comfortable with everyone and displays a warm, gentle curiosity. She was found with Ralph and they make a lovely couple. While we had hoped that they would be adopted together, Ralph has found his happy ending but Alice is still waiting for hers.

Alice knows some basic commands and loves children, other dogs, and cats. She will make the perfect family pet! As an adult dog, she’s past her puppy chewing stage but is still lively and active. She would love to spend quiet nights cuddled on the couch by your side or would make the perfect partner for any activity. Alice is heartworm positive so you will need to consult with your vet about the best treatment options for Alice.

During the last few days of October – Pit Bull Awareness Month, Alice’s adoption fee is $50! She will be spayed and have all of her shots. For information on Alice, please contact Cheatham County Animal Control at 615-792-3647 or ccactn@gmail.com. We are located at 2797 Sam’s Creek Road in Pegram, TN, about 10 minutes down I-40W from Bellevue.

Come to the shelter and meet Alice. You’ll quickly see why she’s a staff and volunteer favorite!!
