HMission statement: Harpeth High School provides a safe learning community which challenges its students academically, artistically, and athletically. We empower our students to become life-long learners who possess integrity and wisdom.

Learning beliefs: We believe that students learn in diverse ways; therefore, to support learning, instruction should be provided with a variety of approaches, methods and techniques within each classroom.

Ms. McVay and the HHS Chorus performed their first concert of the school year last Thursday night. Their program was entitled “Decades of Hits: 50’s-80’s”. Wow, what a show! The chorus has some amazing talent and delighted an enthusiastic audience. Performing choral personnel included Brooklyn Benson, Brianna Biggs, Dashia Brandon, Bethany Buchanan, Bradley Burton, Caitlin Perez, Miranda Roberts-Vaden, Emmy Russell, Solene Sawtell, Hannah Stanley, and Lindsey Swanson. Thanks go to Ms. McVay and all choral members! You did a magnificent job!!

On Monday, January 20, the HHS football team held their annual football banquet. Congratulations to all coaches and football players for an eventful season filled with promises and hope for continuing success. We are proud of each and everyone who worked so hard this year to represent the Harpeth High Indians in such fine style. The following players won team awards:

The Heritage Bank Scholarship deadline is February 13, 2814. Applications are now available in the guidance office. Two seniors from HHS will receive $500 scholarships.

SunTrust Off to College Scholarship Sweepstakes is a $1000 scholarship for high school seniors. Enter for a chance to win this scholarship. One winner will be chosen every
