Bill Dozier and son hear to day. All gon but me. I am bey myself to night but such is life hear be low. We should learn to love the Lord our God with all the sole, mind, and harte and serve him thrue life that it may be well with us when we come to die. Love our neighbor as our self. Tak the bible and testement for our Guide for they are boath the works of God. The old bible was to the Jews a law to be obeyude bey them and it was full of promeises of better things to come to them that obeyude the law of God. And moste of the promesises of the law has ben fulfild. It told of the coming of Christ hoo should teach the Wourld a better way. Christ came and established the word of the lord whitch shall stand for eaver and for eaver in heaven. Amen. And earth shall pass a way. But not one jot or title of the word of the Lord shall fail. We will be judged bey the word of Jesus Christ at his coming. The testement whitch we treat so lightly O men and woman. It is the power of God unto salvation. To the Jew first. Why. Becaus it was first preached to them and them to the Gentiles that all might be one in Christ Jesus. Do we want to get to heaven. Then take of thus saith the Lord the Christ the son of God for our guide. Take his word the power of God and do what it ses with love and faith, hope and chiritey. We can not miss the way for the word of God tells us plainly what we must do to be saved. And it is so plain that any man can under stand it tho he be a fool. The word of God ses he shall not ere ther in. Do we beleave this. Do one third of the pople of our countey beleave this. From what I hear preached in this country they do not. They will say we beleave the word of God and turn round and denigh the word the truth of God. Now hear is the teaching of a great many pople in this country. What must we do to be savd. Come to the morners bench and pray and God will pardon your sins. Then after God has pardon you sins you must be sprinkeld or pord just as it suits you. Do the elect teach this. Can we find it in the word of God. No. It not ther and never will be ther. How can man and woman beleave such teaching as this. With the word of God in thir house they reject the word. They dont beleave it. They hate the word of God and love the word of man. They say bey thir works that we will not have Christ Jesus to reighn over us. But we will call on him to help us. We will mock him with word of the devil. To helpe us do more than he ses do for we know faith a lone is a very holsom docttrin and very full of comfort. Now I will stop. C.S. Hooper
