Fri. 1- Raind a little this morning. Boys plowing. I went kingston. Bought of Ed Page flour 85cts. Total 1.60 spent to day. Seen Slayden and Grigbley fishing. Tehy cought 5 trout. I would like to see Troy Hooper at night.
Sat. 2- Ewing come over. Staid all night. Glad to see him.
Sun. 3- Ewing gone home. Raind a little. John Bell, Lovell Hale, Grover Dozier, Meriday Palmore, Charley Hale, Bill greer hear to day. Allso Lampley. Warm to day. Some bodey drunk. Mon. 4- Went to Kingston and back. Boys plowed all day.
Tue. 5- Went to Lampleys. Bought one bushel potatoes 75cts.
Wen.6- Planted potatoes and brans. Andrew Hudgins staid all night. Last night. John Hudgins and Paul come to see us yesterday. Cold today. Got a letter from Lish and wife. Cool all day. High wind from the South all day.
Thur. 7- Cut stalks. Agee hear today. No friday. hudgiins gone home. Dun nothing all day. Boys at work.
Fri. 8- Washed. Agee hear todday. Mrs. Richardson hear today and children. Boys plowing.
Sat. 9- Went to Mi Julius went to Nashville and back.
sun. 10- At home all day. Julius went to Sams Creek.
Mon. 11- Went Dr. Liles. One box pills 10cts. George Clark hear to day. Julius gone to Nashville. Benton plowing. Frost Wensday night. Thursday night, and Friday night.
Tue. 12- Dun nothing all day but plod around in the house.
Wen. 13- Staid all night at Ewings walked over there.
Thur 14.- Went to Ashland. Staid all night at Frank hoopers. Raind hard all night. Walked to Ashland.
Fri. 15- Staid all night with Jo Hooper. Creeks up high.
Sat. 16- come home. Owe Jo\ Hooper one dollar. John Hudgins come home with me. Benton gone home with Hudgins. Two wet to plow. Cold after the raine.
Sun. 17- At home all day me and Mary. Julius gone to Sams Creek. Benton come home allso Julius. Still cold and wet.
Mon. 18- Cold and wet. Sallie Hudgins come. Staid all night.
Tue. 19- Sallie Hudgins gone home. georg McQuary, Greer and Jim Wilson staid all night. Cold. Still wet. Got fence post.
Wen. 20- Went with Wilson to Brush Creek. Paid Wilson one dollar and 50cts.
Thur. 21 - Went to Kingston. Bought of Ed Page coffee 50 cts. half soles and sprige 25 cts, oil 15 cts. Total 90 cts. Owe for same. Julius gone to Sams creek. Mrs. Riggan come to see us. Allso Effie May Riggan.
Fri. 22 - Cold today. Bad weather. Frost. At home all day. Worked on fence me and Benton.
Sat. 23 - Worked on fence. Benton helpt Clark brothers.
Sun. 24 - Cold and snowed nearley all day. Sleet.
Mon. 25 - Sold to Jess Ivy the island for six hundred dollars cash. Cold and snowed hard till 12 oclock. Sleet, bad day.
Tue. 26- Paid Jim Hooper 53 dollars in full. Staid all night ther.
Wen. 27- Paid Tom Brown 3.10 cts. Paid Pad Jordan 7 dollars. Paid taxes 6.75 and come home. Mrs. Riggan hear.
Thur. 28 - Paid John Greer 12 dollars. Loand Jo Whitmore 40 dollars.
Fri. 29 - At home all day. Worked on fence. Julius went Sams creek.
Sat. 30 - Paid Ed Page 20 dollars. Paid Moore 14 dollars. Jo Dillingham 17.65. Give Mrs. Riggan one dollar. Went to Nashville. Hat 2.00 dollars. Cloths 6.00 dollars, shirt 50 cts, releace 90 cts. 9.56 spent for Clabe. Turned warmer today. George Andersons mmother died today. So this is the last day of April 1910. Snowed on 25th 26th.
