Tue. 1- Dick Hooper come over. Cut wood 1/2 day. Tom Gone.

Wen. 2- Went to Bill Shuck Greers and back. Seen Jones and Kimbro and a Miss Sanders a school teacher. Ruff Pegram, Jim Pegram, Charley King and Washington.

Thur. 3- Helpt Benton cut tie timber 1/2 day. Cold. Frost.

Fri. 4- Benton went to Sams Creek. Jery Jacksons grand child died so I hear. Bobe Taylor spoke at Ashland.

Sat. 5- Me and Bill Shuck Greer went to Sams Creek. Run off land for Dick and Benton. Cold. Julius come home. Benton on Sams Creek. Seen Rustey and Dick Hoopers family. Dick Hooper paid me 40 dollars on the old home place. Mary all day bey her self.

Sun. 6- Ed Hays and Jack Knalls hear to day. Glad to see them.

Mon. 7- Benton come home. Me and Julius pulled corn, halled wood.

Tue. 8- Went to Kingston me, Benton and Julius. Voted for Bobe Taylor. Bought of Ed Page 2 tin bucketts 40cts, coffee 1.00. Paid cash. Pulled corn the rest of the day. Bill Greer got badley hurt Sunday the 6th 1910 in a run a way teem. No bodey hear today. The boys gon after Bill Greers bugey.

Wen. 9- Bobe Taylor beat so I hear. Went to Dog Creek. Paid Lee Dunn 10.80cts. Paid John Mays 10.50cts. Paid Jo Dunn for one pair shoes 3.25, snuff 10cts, stockings, 25cts, file 15cts. Julius gon after Hairy Newberry. Tom, a pedler, hear tonight. Julius went to Sams Creek and back today. Ewing going to the mountains so I hear.

Thur. 10- Pulled corn me and Benton. Harry Newberry 1/2 day.

Fri. 11- Pulled corn all day me, Benton and Newberry.

Sat. 12- Went to Kingston. Paid Ed Page 40 dollars. Paid Harry Newberry 2.50cts, meat 1.75, meal 40cts. Pulled corn. Ewing come over staid all night. No he come Friday. Buck Pack killed bey Will Jordan of White Bluff Friday November 11th 1910. He is now in Ashland jail. Jess Williams wife col. died November Saturday the 12th 1910.

Sun. 13- Puss Colvin, Lener Hale and Bessee Colvin hear today. Newberry hear to night. Boys out to night. Courtting.

Mon. 14- Pulled corn me, Benton, Newberry and Julius.

Tue. 15- Pulled corn, paid Newberry one dollar. Julius went to Sams Creek. Ewing come over. Staid all night.

Wen. 16- Ewing and famley hear to night. All so Jewell Fowler and wife. Harry Newberry all night.

Thur. 17- Ewing and famley gone to the mountains today.

Fri. 18- Got dun pulling corn today. Harry staid all night.

Sat. 19- Dun nothing all day. Fed a tramp. Yes 4 of them.

Sun. 20- Went to Clarks. Eat dinner ther. Seen Tom Dunn and wife.

Mon. 21- Put up fence all day. Got a letter from Ewing.

Tue. 22- Went to Kingston. Bought one barel of salt 2.25, one sack of flour, meat. Went to mill. Lost the tap off the wheal. Sallie Hudgins and Jeff come down.

Wen. 23- Paid Jo Dunn 1.75. Owe him one 80cts. Sallie gon home. Newbery hear today. The boys went to Bill Greers. Sit till bed time. Ed Clark hear tonight. Turned warmer. Fixed to kill hogs. Set the trough. Will kill soon as it turned cold.

Thur. 24- Benton helping Newberry. Julius gon with Ed Clark. Cloudey this morning.

Fri. 25- Benton made ties. I dun nothing but pat around the house.

Sat. 26- Benton tie making. I dun the same thing all day.

Sun. 27- At home all day. Julius gon to Sams Creek. Raind at night. Jule out in it. All so Ed Clark, Benton out. Staid all night at Hales. Clabe and Mary bey them selves.

Mon. 28- Julius on Sams Creek. Benton makeing ties. I am doing nothing.

Tue. 29- Julius on Sams Creek. Benton tie makeing. Clabe doing same.

Wen. 30- Mr. Bates hear today. Killed hogs. Cold. Ground hard frozen. Newberry and wife helpt us kill and cut out meat. They staid all night.
