Wen. 1- Cloudey this morning and cool. Benton cutting wood. Mary sold woods 4 dozen eggs 76 cts. Tom Dunn runing out his land today so I hear.

Thur. 2- Benton cutting wood him and Murphey.

Fri. 3-Benton and Murphey went to Sams Creek. Me and Julius went to the burring at the Scott grave yard. Jack Appleton burried to day. He was a fine young man and well thought of bey all hoo knew him. He got killed on the RailRoad on the 31 first of October 1911 so I heard.

Sat. 4- I got hurt today. Went to Kingsotn. Benton and Murphey on Sams Creek. Julius worked on the chimmney. Raind today. I am no count at all.

Sun. 5- Benton and Murphey come home. Julius went to Sams Creek and back. Raind today. Jodey Hooper come today from Nashville. Crouch hear.

Mon. 6- Raind hard today. Hooper hear. Down in the back.

Tue. 7- Still hurt. The boys gone to Sams Creek to help Ewing build a house. Me and Jodey went to Kingston.

Wen. 8- Raining this morning. Woods come. Mary sold him some chickins. Andrew Hudgins hear yesterday. Raind all day. Jodey hear to night. Ed Clark sick.

Thur. 9- Raind today. I went to see Ed Clark. He si no better. Got a letter from Brown Hooper. Jodey hear.

Fri. 10- Boys on Sams Creek. Jodey Hooper hear.

Sat. 11- The boys come home. Jodey Hooper hear tonight.

Wen. 29- Cold this morning. Got my book back. Charlie Hale hear this morning. Benton and Murphey gon to Sams Creek today.

Thur. 30- Julius gon to river. Cold this morning. John Hudgins cutting wood. Doing nothing but wait on Mary from morning till night. She thinks that is all I am fit for. Jerry Jackson died today at Kingston Springs on November the 30 1911.
